His primary focus over the past 15 years has been advising organizations on methodology development, governance and corporate strategy.  He has built and re-engineered processes to achieve strategic objectives and maximize operational efficiency by implementing a project business management methodology that integrates strategic planning, business objective development, portfolio management, program management, and project management processes.

He served as the PMI Standards project manager for the PMBOK® Guide –Third Edition project and led the team to a successful completion and early delivery of the ANSI Standard. 

He is a sought after seminar and program speaker.  A published author of many project management articles, and a book entitled Building Project Management Centers of Excellence, released by Amacom in June 2002. His newest book, co-authored by Darrel Hubbard, entitled The Power of Enterprise-wide Project Management, AMACOM, NY 2007, both of which can be found on www.Amazon.com
